![]() ![]() Stieg had actually been interested in Erin when she first turned into a Crow but her offensive attitude scared Stieg and pretty much all the other males away from her. ![]() Erin and Stieg have never gotten along.but then Erin doesn't really get along with much of anyone due to her extreme attitude/sarcasm. After some time on the streets, Odin offered Stieg the chance to become a Raven. When his mother died from cancer, Stieg couldn't deal with his abusive father so he ended up out on the streets. When he was growing up, Stieg's home life wasn't the best. Stieg is a Raven, one of a group of warriors in service to Odin. Her parents are still alive but she's had to distance herself from them now that she's not really human anymore. Erin was killed by mobsters when she saw too much and that's how she became a Crow. Erin is a Crow.Crows are human women that (at the point of death) are offered a choice by Skuld (a Norse goddess) to have a second life as one of her warriors. Stieg was a likable character as well and I liked their story and seeing how things turned out (both for them and for the overall series storyline). ![]() ![]() Surprisingly, I liked Erin a lot more in this story than I did in previous books. 4 stars This was a very good story and addition to the series. ![]()
